Application Manager Customer and Asset Services

You will take responsibility for operating, supporting, and improving applications in Customer and Asset Services. You will monitor applications and business processes, manage incidents, problems, and service requests, coordinate service providers, and plan releases and production deployments. You will support the transition of new applications into regular operations and ensure operational, security, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate, support, and improve applications in Customer and Asset Services
• Support modern platforms and applications with a focus on AVD
• Analyze and handle incidents, problems, and service requests
• Coordinate internal interfaces, external service providers, and SaaS providers
• Monitor applications and business processes using monitoring and reporting tools
• Plan and support releases, production deployments, and operational handovers
• Support the transition of new applications and platforms into regular operations
• Ensure operational, security, documentation, and compliance requirements are met
• Contribute to the improvement of customer, account, securities account, and securities platforms

Requirements

• Experience in application management, operating complex applications, or IT service management
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux, Shell, or interface technologies
• Very good German and good English language skills
