Summary
This role involves managing the lifecycle, stability, and optimization of data and reporting solutions for procurement systems within a banking environment. The position requires expertise in Snowflake, Power BI, and incident management to ensure system performance and compliance.

Location: Łódź (hybrid 3 days per week from office)

Summary: This role entails overseeing the lifecycle, stability, and continuous improvement of a vital data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information, ensuring optimal performance and automation of procurement-related systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage the application lifecycle and ensure system stability.
Optimize data flows and processes to enhance automation.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for effective system performance.
Provide support for incidents and changes in the application.
Ensure application compliance and reporting reliability.
Contribute to the design of scalable future-state solutions.

Experience in application lifecycle and management.
Incident, problem, and change management skills.
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and vendors.
Technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and data reporting.
Understanding of risk, security, and compliance.
Background in systems administration or as a Business Systems/IT Analyst in procurement.
Fluent professional English communication skills.
Project management experience or cross-functional activity leadership.
Ability to lead or contribute to multiple application projects.

Experience in requirements gathering, process, and prioritization.
Skills in automating recurring reporting processes.
