Job Description

We are looking for an Application Manager responsible for managing application operations, project activities, production support, and coordination with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle, from development and deployment to production support and maintenance.

• Lead and coordinate application-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are properly managed.

• Manage application incidents, issues, changes, and releases.

• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, QA, security, and business teams for application activities.

• Monitor application performance, availability, and stability.

• Support AWS-based applications and cloud environments.

• Coordinate AWS application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Ensure proper application security, access management, and compliance.

• Conduct issue investigation and coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution.

• Manage vendors and third-party service providers when applicable.

• Prepare project updates, application reports, documentation, and status reports.

• Ensure application activities follow established ITSM, SDLC, and change/release management processes.

• Support production releases and critical application issues as needed.
