Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
Responsibilities you'll have
- Manage the full application lifecycle of a business-critical data and reporting solution
- Ensure application availability, stability, performance and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across applications, processes and data flows
- Support incident, problem and change management activities
- Monitor and improve data quality, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Coordinate vendors and stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring processes and reporting
- Maintain application documentation, operational procedures and governance standards
- Support risk, security, audit and compliance requirements
- Contribute to future-state solution design and application evolution
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and enhancement initiatives
Expected competences and knowledge
- Experience in application lifecycle management and application support
- Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management
- Experience with Snowflake and Power BI
- Understanding of data quality, reporting processes and data governance
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors
- Background as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Application Analyst, Application Manager, Systems Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of risk, security and compliance principles
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work across different organizational levels
- Experience in project management or driving cross-functional initiatives
