As an Application Modernization Lead - Manager, you will drive the development of innovative software solutions to enhance business performance and facilitate digital transformation. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading software engineering teams in the development of innovative applications to drive digital transformation
- Guiding the design, coding, and testing of applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Managing application modernization projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to enhance application integration and performance
- Overseeing quality assurance testing and software troubleshooting to maintain application reliability
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
- Collaborating with client support teams to address technical challenges and optimize user experiences
- Mentoring team members to develop skills in software development methodologies and application lifecycle management
- Promoting the adoption of enterprise application architecture and innovative technologies across projects
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for business process improvement and enhanced performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) for software projects
- Embracing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Developing applications using Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Managing API integrations and microservices architecture
- Leading teams in enterprise application architecture and integration
- Mentoring junior staff in software development and project management

- Must have expertise in Azure App service, .NET core, AKS, microservices, Azure Function, Service bus
