Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Application Developer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's information systems. You will work closely with the IS Senior Manager and participate in system enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the IS Senior Manager in delivering IT services and system-related initiatives.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of in-house information systems.
  • Handle software development activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:System analysis and designProgramming and codingDocumentationSystem implementationUser trainingApplication support and maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining IS department Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) documentation.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and IT solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) policies, including waste reduction and pollution prevention.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the IS Senior Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of programming experience.
  • Proficient in C# (.NET Framework / .NET) development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
