Summary
Coforge is hiring senior enterprise application packaging specialists in Bengaluru (5-10 yrs) to package and deploy Windows applications using MSI, MSIX, App-V and PowerShell, manage deployments via Intune/SCCM, and troubleshoot application compatibility within a large enterprise transformation program.
Enterprise Application Packaging
- Minimum 6-10 years of hands-on enterprise application packaging experience.
- Strong experience packaging Windows applications using: MSI, MSIX, App-V, Script-based deployment frameworks
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments with thousands of endpoints.
Windows Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of: Windows OS (10 & 11), Registry, Services, File System, User Profile, AD, GPO
Endpoint Management
Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Endpoint lifecycle management, Application deployment management, Software distribution and compliance monitoring
Scripting & Automation
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience developing deployment scripts, detection methods, remediation scripts, and automation workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and log analysis capabilities.
Packaging Tools
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: AdminStudio, Advanced Installer, InstallShield, MSIX Packaging Tool, App-V Sequencer
Application Compatibility
Strong troubleshooting skills involving: DLL dependencies, COM Objects, Services, Drivers, Registry settings, Security permissions, Compatibility conflicts

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Cloud & Virtual Desktop Technologies

Cross-Platform Knowledge
Experience with one or more: Linux, macOS, ChromeOS
