Application Project Manager

Job Description: Grade : G7 TSR : Application Project Manager No. of positions : 2 Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (10+ years of experience) with a strong track record of successfully delivering diverse technology projects including application development, testing, migration, data, and engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep SDLC expertise, excels in project planning and metrics-driven execution, and is highly proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role requires a leader who can step into a Scrum Master role when needed, dive deep into execution details ensuring the projects doesn’t go off track and drive a shift-left approach with an AI-first mindset to improve quality, predictability, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple project types including development, testing, migration, data, and engineering programs. Provide data-driven status updates covering schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions. Proactively escalate issues with well-articulated impact analysis and recovery plans, ensuring transparency and stakeholder confidence. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall experience in project management across varied technology initiatives (development, testing, migration, data, engineering). Strong command of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) with the ability to apply the right approach per project. Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, with hands-on experience managing sprint-based delivery. Demonstrated ability to step in as a Scrum Master and coach teams on Agile best practices. Strong experience in project metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and data-driven decision making. Ability to go hands-on and into the details when delivery challenges arise, including technical and execution-level problem solving.
