Application Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Application Security Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application security, particularly in the context of artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role is critical in ensuring the security of our applications and systems, especially as we integrate advanced AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on applications to identify security weaknesses. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle. - Perform red teaming exercises to simulate real-world attacks and assess the effectiveness of security measures. - Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends, particularly in AI and machine learning domains. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and applications. - Provide training and guidance to team members on application security principles and practices. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of application security principles and practices. - Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques, including VAPT. - Familiarity with AI security and the implications of machine learning on application security. - Proficiency in conducting penetration testing and red teaming exercises. - Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) in the context of software security. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
