Application Service Manager in Riyadh

Description:

Acting as an Application Service Manager for Cloud Application Services (CAS) customers according to the following tasks:

Creation and maintenance of operation and processes from customer aiming engagement excellence
CAS Execution Plan Creation & Maintenance
Orchestrate unified communication with involved teams
Managing the CAS engagement across the customer lifecycle (Transition, Onboarding, Operations & Offboarding)
Ensuring a successful service execution with regular oversight on key business metrics (margin, revenue, consumption and c-sat)
Promote service quality excellence and one-stop shop CAS experience
Drive engagement and alignment with other SAP Stakeholders (ECS, Premium Engagement, Professional Services etc.) to provide one unified, harmonious customer experience
Be proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, adoption and suggest potential improvements to the customer, with extensive SAP applications knowledge.
Driving CAS engagement as trailblazer and up-sell SAP's products and service portfolio

Service time: Sun Thu between 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. according to customer requirements
