Application Specialist / CLM Systems Administrator (100% Remote)

Join a global digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. You will play a key role in application administration, data migration, integrations, user support, testing, and process configuration, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

This position combines elements of application administration, business process support, system integration, and user enablement within a complex enterprise environment.

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS applications in an administration, support, or implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects and understanding of data structures in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Experience with Salesforce administration or migration tools such as Salesforce Inspector and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Knowledge of business process configuration and workflow management.
• Experience supporting business applications and handling incident/service requests.
• Understanding of system integrations, user management, and access control concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Very good English communication skills.
