- Serve as an application support specialist providing daily operational support and troubleshooting for key enterprise systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and external solution vendors to promptly resolve application incidents and restore service continuity.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate functional enhancements or bug fixes alongside business users prior to deployment.
- Ensure clear communication, proper issue escalation, and detailed incident logging in accordance with established IT governance policies.
- Utilize basic business analysis and Big Data concepts to evaluate data flows and business requirements for continuous system improvements.
skills and experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively within a team-oriented setting.
