Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a collaborative Support & Escalations team within a growing technology environment.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on troubleshooting business-critical applications, managing incidents and supporting customers and end users.

About the Role
  • Manage and resolve L1/L2 application incidents and service requests within SLA.
  • Troubleshoot application issues using SQL, logs, monitoring tools and system analysis.
  • Provide client and end-user support, guidance and training.
  • Monitor application health, performance and availability.
  • Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, database, network and vendor teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles, documentation and support processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
About You We're looking for someone with:
  • 2+ years' experience in application/software support.
  • Experience supporting web-based applications, SaaS platforms and integrated systems.
  • Strong SQL skills, ideally with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
  • Experience with APIs and multi-tenant environments.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills, including experience training users.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working to SLAs and managing incidents.
Desirable: ITIL certification, Azure/AWS experience, or exposure to Java, Angular or React.
