Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team in Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for applications, ensuring high availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration. - Collaborate with development teams to implement application enhancements and fixes. - Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks to ensure optimal operation. - Manage end-of-day (EOD) and beginning-of-day (BOD) processes, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions. - Assist in training users on application functionalities and best practices.
