We're looking for a full-time, permanent Application Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology team in Brisbane CBD and support a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications across the organisation. This is more than a support role. It's an opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys investigating issues, and is passionate about improving systems and user experiences. Working closely with the Application Support Team Leader, you'll take ownership of support requests, assist with system improvements and play an important part in strengthening the reliability and effectiveness of our application environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Provide application support for UKG, Jira and other business systems, managing incidents through to resolution.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions
• Support user access, system administration and routine system updates
• Assist with testing, upgrades, releases and application enhancements
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvements

About You

You're a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems and helping others succeed. You thrive in an environment where curiosity, initiative and continuous improvement are encouraged, and you're not afraid to investigate, ask questions and find answers. You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy collaborating with others to deliver great outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in application support, systems administration, or a similar role, ideally supporting UKG or comparable platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

What Do You Need to Apply?

• 2+ years' experience in application support, systems administration or similar
• Experience working with service desk or ticketing systems such as Jira
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes and document outcomes
• Exposure to enterprise business applications, system testing or user support
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
