Application Support Analyst (Programming)

Salary: RM 3,300 – RM 3,400 per month

· To handle incoming calls and emails from clients whom subscribed to cloud HR solutions.

· To log all the cases reported by clients via calls / emails on daily basis.

· To take initiative to attend case and work closely with internal team to close the case.

· Assist to perform User Acceptance Testing for the cloud HR solutions.

· To manage basic setup of cloud HR solutions i.e. user creation, code creation and etc.

· Liaise with users to troubleshoot application queries and issues as well as to provide appropriate actions on a

timely manner.

· Document user guide as reference for users based on system functionalities.

· Support any other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

· To carry out administrative tasks required by the management team.
