Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, particularly with FinnOne or FinnOne Neo, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications related to collections. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide application support for FinnOne and FinnOne Neo, focusing on collections processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application functionality meets business requirements. - Assist in system administration tasks to maintain optimal application performance. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to application support processes and procedures. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. - Analyze and report on application performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Required Skills: - Proficiency in FinnOne or FinnOne Neo. - Strong understanding of collections processes and systems. - Experience in application support, system support, or production support. - Familiarity with UAT and system administration tasks. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
