Application Support Engineer
If you have experience in production support, Control-M, Linux/Windows administration, and incident management, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do
- Monitor and support production environments (L2 Support)
- Manage and supervise batch jobs using Control-M
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform recoveries
- Monitor file transfers (CFT / Connect:Express)
- Support application teams during deployments and production changes
- Maintain operational documentation and reporting
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Experience in Operations / Production Support / N2 Support
- Good knowledge of Linux & Windows administration
- Hands-on experience with Control-M
- Experience with CFT / Connect:Express is a plus
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Apache/Tomcat is advantageous
- Understanding of ITIL, Agile and DevOps practices
Requirements
✅ English: B1 minimum
✅ Availability to work in 2 shifts (08:00–18:00)
✅ Occasional planned out-of-hours interventions
