Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, with a focus on SQL Server, SSIS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for applications, ensuring high availability and performance. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. - Utilize SQL Server and SSIS for data management and integration tasks. - Manage Kubernetes environments to ensure application scalability and reliability. - Document processes and create knowledge base articles to assist team members and end-users. - Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
