Work Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Salary Offer: Php 43,000
KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2-5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Production Support, or AMS (Application Management Services)
Working knowledge of Database Management Systems (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Experience supporting applications in a production environment
Knowledge of multiple Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Programming Languages and application technologies
Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes
Familiarity with Production Monitoring, Batch Processing, and Operational Controls
Understanding of ITIL Framework and IT Service Management best practices
Capable of escalating incidents and problems to L2/L3 support teams when necessary
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
