Application Support Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month
We are looking for a high-performing Microsoft Power BI Administrator to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing, supporting, and optimizing our enterprise business intelligence platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of technical decision-making, oversee cloud-integrated Power BI environments, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
SME & Technical Leadership: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide team performance, drive technical decisions, and mentor team members through knowledge-sharing and training.
System Administration & Optimization: Monitor system performance, implement continuous stability improvements, and troubleshoot critical platform issues.
Dashboard & Data Architecture: Oversee end-to-end dashboard/report development, data modeling, and data warehousing integration.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a strategic liaison between technical groups and business stakeholders to align Power BI capabilities with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI.
Primary Skill: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Methodologies.
Secondary Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (administration, workspace management, capacity, security, and performance tuning).
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
Strong mastery of data visualization best practices.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, team management capabilities, and cross-functional communication.
