Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in a similar technical, client facing role such as Application Support, Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers
- Strong interest in AI and its commercial uses, likely to have our own projects and tools
- Become the trusted technical advisor to some of the worlds leading energy trading firms and brokers
- Help clients maximise the value of innovative trading technology
- Work closely with clients as well as Product and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional technical support, seamless integrations, and continuous platform improvements
- Own the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring client environments remain reliable, high performing, and aligned with business objectives
- Investigate complex technical issues and coordinate incident resolution
- Deliver onboarding, product training, and workflow optimisation
- Partner with the commercial team during pre-sales engagements, advising on technical feasibility, integration requirements, and implementation planning
