Application Support Engineer

Own the deployment and performance of Auditnex and Agentnex, our AI-driven platforms used by global clients, and be the technical expert clients trust when it matters.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Auditnex and Agentnex for client environments.
• Provision and manage cloud instances, security groups, IP allocation, and networking.
• Administer Ubuntu and Windows environments, including NVIDIA driver setup on GPU instances.
• Run Docker end-to-end: installation, complex commands, and deep log analysis.
• Configure and troubleshoot Nginx, reverse proxies, and load balancers.
• Write advanced SQL to debug issues and perform data fixes.
• Automate operations and log parsing with Python.
• Be the technical point of contact for client onboarding, escalations, and incident resolution.

Requirements:

• 5 years in cloud operations, DevOps support, systems administration, or application support.
• Strong command-line skills in Docker and Ubuntu Linux.
• Advanced SQL and Python scripting.
• Hands-on Nginx configuration and bottleneck troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
