Application Support Engineer -Investment Banks
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced eFX & Fixed Income DevOps Support Engineer to join our front-office aligned technology team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience supporting low-latency FX trading platforms, with additional exposure to Rates/Bonds trading systems being a significant advantage. This role requires someone who understands the full trade lifecycle (FO → BO), takes end-to-end ownership, and does not simply pass issues downstream. You will support real-time trading systems, venue connectivity, and liquidity provider integrations in a high pressure, time critical environment.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for eFX low-latency trading systems and Fixed Income / Rates trading platforms
Manage client & venue onboarding, LP connectivity, and exchange/ECN integration workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the FO → BO chain (pricing, order routing, STP, reporting)
Monitor system health and latency, proactively identifying issues before they impact trading
Drive incident resolution end-to-end: root cause analysis, documentation, follow-up fixes
Deploy and maintain production releases, patches, configuration updates across environments
Build automation tooling using Python and Java for reporting, monitoring, log analysis, and workflow improvements
Operate efficiently in Linux environments; troubleshoot system & network issues
Use SQL, KDB/Q, or similar tools for ad hoc data investigation, monitoring, and analytics
About you
Strong hands-on experience supporting low-latency FX trading platforms
Experience with Rates/Bonds trading systems
Understanding of the full trade lifecycle (FO → BO)
Proficiency in Python and Java
Experience with Linux environments
Experience with SQL, KDB/Q, or similar tools
