︎ Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Siemens Opcenter MOM and Ignition SCADA in a manufacturing environment.
Monitor manufacturing application performance and proactively identify and resolve production-impacting issues.
Troubleshoot application, interface, communication, and data-related incidents within SLA targets.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and support major incident recovery activities.
Support Siemens Opcenter production workflows, electronic work instructions, genealogy, traceability, and manufacturing execution processes.
Configure and maintain master data, workflows, production models, and application settings.
Support and maintain Ignition Gateway, Vision, and Perspective applications.
Develop and modify HMI screens, reports, dashboards, alarms, and historian configurations.
Support shop-floor data collection, visualization, and communication between manufacturing systems.
Participate in application deployments, upgrades, patches, testing, production cutovers, and post-deployment monitoring.
Maintain incident, problem, and change records within the IT service management platform.
Identify opportunities to improve application stability, operational efficiency, and automation.
Develop and maintain SOPs, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, engineering, and IT teams.


︎ The right candidate will possess:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing production environment.
Ability to support business-critical manufacturing applications and respond effectively to production issues.
Strong understanding of MES/MOM and SCADA systems and their integration with shop-floor operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, automation, quality, and IT teams.
Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in Kaizen and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.


︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3–5 years of application support experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting MES/MOM, SCADA, or other manufacturing applications.
Experience with production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Experience working within 24x7 manufacturing operations.
Experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution / MOM.
Experience with Ignition SCADA / Ignition Gateway Administration.
Knowledge of manufacturing process modeling, production execution, and workflow management.
Knowledge of OEE monitoring, traceability & genealogy, and shop-floor data collection.
Experience with SQL query development and stored procedures.
Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or other scripting languages.
Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services.


Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on Siemens Opcenter experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
Experience with continuous improvement / Kaizen initiatives.
Strong technical documentation skills.
