Application Support Engineer

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month

• Provides troubleshooting for applications in backend test portfolio.

• Ensure smooth operations of relevant system deployed at backend manufacturing sites, maintaining 24x7 availability according to Service Level Agreement.

• Perform application installation and configuration if necessary.

• Escalate to next line support if necessary.

• Development of basic tools, scripts, queries, or reports needed for the supported applications.

• Execute standard changes on these applications.

• Maintenance of operating procedures.

• Reporting of daily activities.

• Management and report out of business control documents status according to standards.

• Resolve end user incidents by analysing or debugging business cases against application behaviour.

• Deploy workarounds to restore the application services in collaboration with relevant IT support teams.

*Applicants must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
