Requirements:- Experience in application or software support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle is highly desirable
- Understanding of APIs is highly desirable
- Experience with tools such as Postman or XMLSpy is highly desirable
- Exposure to C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, and SQL Server is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git is highly desirable
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs
- Troubleshoot and manage client tickets from initial logging through to resolution
- Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
- Communicate clearly with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Gather requirements for system changes and support their delivery
- Test, document, and support application updates
- Assist with debugging and implementing improvements, with training provided
- Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
