Application Support Executive

Salary: $3,800 – $5,000 per month

Role Overview:

The Executive, Application Support is responsible for supporting electronic trading platforms with a strong focus on Market Data governance and RPA/AI‑driven automation. The role ensures accurate market data management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, while supporting platform operations, client onboarding, and continuous process improvement through automation.

Job Requirements

• Manage the end‑to‑end market data lifecycle, including licensing, entitlement setup, usage reporting, billing support, and audit responses

• Track exchange policy and fee changes; assess regulatory, cost, and business impact

• Establish and maintain market data subscriptions, agreements, and reporting processes

• Identify and drive RPA / AI automation opportunities to reduce manual work and operational risk

• Participate in the design, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows (e.g. reporting, onboarding, reconciliations)

• Provide application support for trading platforms, including incident and change management

• Administer client onboarding, user access, market data entitlements, and order routing setups

• Coordinate with vendors, development teams, Compliance, Finance, and business teams on platform and market data matters
  

Personal & Professional Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any discipline

• Proficient in MS Office suite

• Interest or hands‑on exposure to RPA, AI, or automation technologies

• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritise under time‑critical conditions

• Ability to work independently

• Clear communicator with a calm, customer‑focused approach

• Willingness to work shift hours where required

Added advantage

• Futures / Forex industry experience

• Exposure to audits or regulatory reviews

• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL)
