Application Support Specialist

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Application support for Clinic management Software

• Provide user support, guidance, and issue resolution

• Log, escalated, and tracked incidents to ensure timely resolution and closure

• Assisted in system testing and implementation of enhancements

• Conducted end-user training on application features and usage

• Collaborated with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience

• Maintain documentation related to support processes and system configuration

Job Requirements

• IT-related or Diploma

• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude

• Someone patient, helpful, and proactive

• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment

• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
