POSITION SUMMARY:
The Application Support Specialist will assist the Applications team with core systems and bank application software management and end-user support. These duties will include testing, documenting, change control, and assisting in scheduled batch processing routines. These duties will be performed on all core platforms (production, test, and training systems). The specialist will also assist in Helpdesk ticket management on the Bank’s IT ticketing system, as well as with vendor ticketing systems.
