Job Description
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for assigned application systems.
Investigate and resolve application problems, handling ad-hoc service requests.
Manage system routine upgrades and monitoring
Provide Helpdesk support by addressing requests from the ticketing system and user enquiry, logging, tracking and close issues.
Diagnose and resolve user reported issues related to application and hardware.
Enhance system support documents & knowledgebase
Prioritize tasks and complete works in accordance with the planned schedule and quality
Requirements
Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Experienced in hospital’s IT solution is an absolute advantage
Knowledge of Docker and Oracle DB is a definite advantage
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Application Specialist
