Application Support Specialist
About the role
Position based in Bandar Enstek, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Provide ERP (Microsoft D365) and application support across the Group of Companies. Work independently in a structured environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication with the team and manager for periodic discussions as needed.
Key responsibilities
Support and guide users to ensure MS D365 and other core business applications run efficiently.
Handle application configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with users and vendors.
Manage user accounts and access roles.
Assist with application projects, including technical input and implementation support.
Develop and maintain business reports using Cognos Analytics.
Provide user training and create training materials.
Maintain and monitor system interfaces and data extractions.
Coordinate with vendors on projects, issue tracking, enhancements, and quotations.
Work with service providers to fine-tune application performance.
Track and optimize license usage and validity.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the design, implementation, support, and administration of ERP solutions (experience with Microsoft D365 is an added advantage).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PHP or Python.
Experience with MS SQL Server databases.
B2B application support.
IBM Cognos for daily reporting.
Experience supporting SFA (Sales and Forecasting Automation).
Results-driven.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Independent and self-motivated.
