  • Produce support documentation for TR systems (internal and external)

  • Assist the QA team with UAT testing when required

  • Assist with 1st level support queries relating to in-house software applications/serve as an escalation point (level 2 and overflow) for TR helpdesk

  • Under the guidance of the IT Support Team Lead, build, deploy, operate and maintain application monitoring systems utilising tools such as PRTG, Grafana and Azure native services

  • Manage support tickets for internal applications by gathering technical information to ensure the technology team has sufficient information to investigate efficiently

  • Perform operational tasks across internal systems and externally hosted applications such as setting up new users or producing reports

About You:

  • Around 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, ideally within a mid-sized, multi-site environment

  • Broad knowledge of modern enterprise technology, including servers, networks, storage, security, cloud platforms and end-user devices

  • Good understanding of software applications, including how they’re designed, delivered and supported across their lifecycle

  • A solid understanding of Powershell and be comfortable writing common operationally oriented scripts

  • Have solid understanding of Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate

  • A good understanding of ITIL (or comparable ITSM framework)

  • Have basic understanding of networking concepts (eg TCP/IP, DNS, ports and connectivity troubleshooting)

If you enjoy solving problems, getting to the bottom of how things work and working alongside a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you.
