Application Support

• Handle daily support tickets from Registration, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and other hospital departments.

• Distribute support coverage across outpatient clinics and inpatient departments, including Emergency.

• Provide shift-based support according to the hospital’s operational requirements.

• Train new users on the HIS during onboarding and departmental deployment.

• Monitor data-entry accuracy and resolve application-related data issues.

• Escalate issues requiring System Administration or HIS vendor intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Mandatory: Previous Application Support / IT experience in hospitals or healthcare facilities.

• Hands-on experience supporting HIS applications is required.

• Good understanding of hospital workflows and clinical departments.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different hospital departments.

• Willingness to work on shifts according to hospital operational requirements.
