Summary
Onsite Application System Administrator for The Arc of Monroe in Rochester, NY, who administers, configures, secures, and supports enterprise business applications — mainly the HRIS and EHR — serving as technical/functional SME and coordinating with vendors and a managed IT services provider.
The Application System Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, integration, optimization, and ongoing support of The Arc of Monroe's enterprise business applications, including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and other agency-supported software platforms. Working closely with business leaders, application vendors, and the Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), this position ensures Application Systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The Administrator serves as a primary technical and functional subject matter expert for assigned systems, leading configuration, testing, release management, process improvement, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, or related field, plus five years relevant experience supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and / or Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
