Job Summary

Responsible for leading application strategy, design, and optimization across enterprise systems. Provides advanced expertise to analyze complex issues, recommend strategic improvements, and guide application development and governance. Ensures alignment of application functionality with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Develops long-term solutions that optimize performance, integration, and user experience. Coordinates with executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and digital transformation.

Essential Functions

• Leads implementation, configuration, and strategic management of enterprise applications.

• Serves as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned applications, providing guidance to IT and business leaders.

• Directs complex problem analysis, risk assessments, and solution design to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Establishes governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for application management.

• Leads testing strategy and oversees execution of unit, system, and integration testing.

• Mentors and trains junior analysts, promoting knowledge transfer and skill development.

• Partners with executive stakeholders to align application functionality with enterprise goals.

• Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to optimize delivery of solutions.

• Identifies opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
