Applications Specialist, APAC
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions for APAC use cases to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AI adoption.
- Train team members on AI projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with IT and logistics teams to implement new digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges proactively.
- Support process automation projects to drive efficiency.
- Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
- Work with APAC stakeholders to complete AI charters for APAC use cases.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Able to manage both support and project execution effectively
- Service-oriented mindset with good stakeholder communication
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experience in providing digital solutions.
- Familiarity with working with AI tools.
- Experience supporting production analytics environments
