Applications Support Analyst

Salary: £36,121 - 36,121 per year

• Experience providing 2nd-line application support in a similar environment
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration
• Strong experience resolving incidents and service requests
• Experience working with suppliers or third-party support teams
• Experience producing user guides or training materials is advantageous

We are IStructE, a charity and the professional body for structural engineers, with a global membership whose work includes iconic structures and everyday buildings and bridges. Many of our members also support vulnerable communities affected by natural hazards. You would join a staff team of about 80 and work alongside our members. This is a permanent, full-time role of 35 hours per week, based in Farringdon, London, with hybrid working available.
