Right now, we are looking for an Applications Support for a
client on our Talent Team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide application support across
multiple business solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement, hospitality systems)
- Analyze and troubleshoot application
issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Support business processes related
to finance, billing, suppliers, and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams and
stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system performance
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
across systems
- Identify opportunities for process
and system improvements
You must have:
- Degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in
application support across multiple solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement systems,
hospitality/restaurant solutions)
- Functional knowledge in one or more
of the following areas:
- Accounting and Finance
- Billing and Customer Management
- Suppliers and Accounts Payable
- Logistics – Warehouse Management
