Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support driver licensing and credentialing operations. This role is responsible for learning and applying driver license issuance requirements, reviewing applicant documentation, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.
The position may require travel to various service locations to support licensing operations. Occasional overnight travel and overtime may be required based on business needs. Transportation for required travel will be provided in accordance with company policy. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process applications and supporting documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Analyze and validate identity and eligibility documents while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in agency systems.
- Learn and apply applicable driver licensing regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide information and assistance to applicants regarding licensing processes and requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
- Support mobile or field operations at various service locations as required.
- Participate in training and ongoing learning to stay current on licensing requirements and processes.
- Work additional hours, including evenings or weekends, when operational needs require.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative, clerical, customer service, business, or operational experience.
- Experience in customer-facing service roles.
- Experience working with records management, documentation review, or application processing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary (sitting or standing) for extended periods during the workday.
- Ability to perform routine computer and office-based tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bowling Green, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.70 - $16.70/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
