Description
Agentic AI Engineer
About the role We're looking for a Junior GenAI Engineer to help build and ship LLM-powered agentic systems for enterprise clients. You'll work alongside senior engineers on real production workloads — prototyping agents, wiring up integrations, and learning how to take AI features from idea to deployment. This is a hands-on, build-first role for someone early in their career who wants to go deep fast.
What you'll do
- Build and iterate on LLM-powered features: prompt design, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows
- Integrate models and tools using APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) and frameworks like MCP or LangChain
- Write clean, testable Python; debug async code and API integrations
- Help containerize and deploy services (Docker, basic Kubernetes exposure a plus)
- Run evals and quality checks on agent/LLM outputs and help improve reliability
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to code reviews
Must-have
- 0–1 years of experience (internships, strong personal/open-source projects count)
- Solid Python fundamentals, including comfort with async/await
- Working understanding of how LLMs and prompting work
- Basic familiarity with REST APIs and Git
- Curiosity, fast learning, and a bias toward building over theorizing
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to RAG, vector databases, or embeddings
- Hands-on with any agent framework (MCP, LangChain, Agentforce, Bedrock, etc.)
- Docker / Kubernetes basics
- Experience calling LLM APIs in a real project
