Applied AI Engineer (Full-Stack / AI Developer)
About the Role:
We are looking for a product-minded Senior Software Engineer with strong data and applied AI experience to join a fast-growing remote team. In this Remote Applied AI Engineer role, you will build differentiated AI-powered software products and develop AI/software tools that augment human workflows. This is an applied-AI and full-stack product role—focusing on incorporating AI into real-world production products rather than heavy ML research.
Key Responsibilities & Highlights:
:- Build scalable AI-enabled capabilities on top of foundation models, ensuring adaptability and reuse.
:- Translate complex insights and workflows into high-quality AI-agent product experiences.
:- Design and implement robust data pipelines and integrations across modern productivity ecosystems.
:- Mentor the engineering team on AI and data best practices, code reviews, and advanced engineering workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:- 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience in senior technical roles.
Tech Stack:- Strong server-side web application background using dynamic languages and traditional web stacks (specifically Go, TypeScript, or Ruby) with exposure to event-driven architectures.
AI Tooling & Workflow:- Advanced, highly tuned user of LLM coding tools (such as Cursor, Cody, etc.) with a strong grasp of validation, code automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
Mindset:- Prior startup experience, high ownership, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and a passion for human-centric AI solutions.
Compensation & Perks:
Salary:- $180,000 – $210,000 USD
Equity:- 0.03% – 0.08%
Work Arrangement:- 100% Remote job with bi-annual team offsites
