Applied AI Engineer - Full Stack & Cloud

Role: Lead Applied AI Engineer with Dotnet Fullstack and Cloud

Experience: 6-9 Years

Work location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Required Qualifications:

- A bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience with: Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET, Java, SQL/NoSQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, and unit testing frameworks.

- 3+ years of experience building AI/ML and agentic applications, with hands-on GenAI experience across LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, evaluations, and AI agent orchestration.

- 3+ years of experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS, PaaS, or micro-services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI/ML services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI), infrastructure-as-code, and FinOps.

- Proficiency in Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/entity relationship/data flow diagrams, OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and AI-augmented spec-driven development.

- Experience with XP, Lean, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, MLflow, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangFuse, LangSmith).

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as technical advocate, ensuring code integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.

- Maintain accountability for code-design integrity, quality, and ongoing maintenance.

- Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid experimentation.

- Adopt a mindset favoring action and evidence over extensive planning.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management and delivery.

- Exhibit expertise in modern software engineering practices and AI/Agentic SSDLC.

- Translate business/user needs and UX/UI designs into technical specifications and code.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to influence teammates and stakeholders.

- Build constructive relationships across organizational levels to drive consensus.
