Requirements

Bachelor of Human
Resources.

Minimum 5 years of
relevant experience in the field of human resources.

Additional payroll
training/certification - may be beneficial.

Labor Relations
Certification - may be beneficial.

Experience as a
skills development facilitator - could be an advantage.

Ability to engage
in meaningful negotiation and settlement.

Knowledge of labor
law.

Excellent written
and verbal communication skills.

Protect the
interests of all employees.

Full understanding
of HR functions and best practices.
