WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a full- or part-time Appointment Setter - Call Center Rep, you'll help make sure patients have positive experiences visiting our office and receive the quality medical care they need. This is a highly communicative and detail-focused position, and you'll make sure to comply with all HIPAA laws in your work activities. With an upbeat and professional attitude, you'll answer phone calls from patients, make outbound calls, and send follow-up text messages to support smooth communication. You'll set appointments and maintain an organized practice calendar. This is a great opportunity to put your people skills and clerical abilities to good use!

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

• $17.00 - $19.00/hour, based on experience

• Flexible full- and part-time schedules available 7 days a week, typically between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm

APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish or Bengali) communication skills - a must-have
• Work, shadow, or internship experience with a hospital, doctor's office, or similar medical facility
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to type 40+ wpm
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
