This role is built for someone who is confident starting conversations, sharp enough to read a prospect's situation quickly, and disciplined enough to manage a pipeline without being told what to do every day. You will connect with professionals and business owners who are already looking for ways to improve their money situation.

The Role


Your main focus is finding and starting the right conversations. You will work primarily through your own network, referrals, and professional communities rather than mass outreach lists. Once a prospect is engaged, you will assess fit, explain our services in simple terms, and set them up for a meeting with our advisory team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new contacts through networking and social platforms
  • Start respectful, value driven conversations with potential clients
  • Ask the right questions to understand each person's situation and goals
  • Present our services clearly and without pressure
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the advisory team
  • Prepare prospects with next steps ahead of their appointment
  • Keep detailed notes and manage consistent follow up
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and hit weekly activity goals

Compensation
Weekly pay ranges from $900 - $1800, with no limit for high performers. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort and results.
