Appointment Setter (Onsite)

Position: Appointment Setter
Employment: Part-Time
Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing policyholders and warm leads.
• Schedule policy review appointments for licensed US-based insurance agents.
• Follow approved scripts and call guidelines.
• Coordinate lead calling to avoid duplicate or overlapping calls.
• Accurately use the company CRM and softphone system during calls.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following required scripts and call guidelines.
• Able to navigate CRM and calling systems efficiently.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite (General Santos City)
• Must complete a 6–8 hour online certification course before starting paid work.
• Must be available to work the following US Eastern Time schedule:
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
