Appointment Setter / Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator

Wealthy Leadership is growing - and we're looking for a small number of high-performing Appointment Setters to join our team.

This role is for people who are serious about results, good with people, and ready to be paid for their performance.

What You'll Do:
- Start quality conversations with professionals and business owners through social platforms and personal networks
- Understand what each person is looking for and assess their fit for a financial strategy conversation
- Schedule appointments and prepare prospects before they meet with our advisory team
- Maintain organized follow-ups and consistent pipeline activity

Real conversations with people who are already looking for help.

Compensation:
- $900–$1,800/week, performance-based
- Uncapped - top performers earn more

What We Need:
- Ownership mentality - you manage your results
- Client-facing or service experience preferred
- Coachable, self-directed, and consistent
- Strong communicator who builds real relationships

Training Included:
Outreach frameworks, qualification systems, appointment coordination, and mentorship from experienced leaders.
