Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for insurance consultations.

• Develop and maintain a database of leads and track communication history.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects.

• Use persuasive communication skills to engage prospects and articulate the benefits of our insurance program.

• Follow up with leads to ensure they are well-informed and ready for scheduled appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

• Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets as outlined by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or in a sales environment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
