AppOps Engineer
We are looking for an AppOps Engineer to support enterprise application environments within a large-scale infrastructure transformation programme. The role focuses on application operations, migration support, environment administration, and ensuring the stability and reliability of business-critical systems while working closely with infrastructure, middleware, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Support maintenance and administration of enterprise application environments
• Support application migration activities during the data centre transformation
• Perform operational support and application administration
• Manage production changes and operational activities
• Support incident, problem, configuration and change management processes
• Monitor application environments and ensure operational stability
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation
• Cooperate with infrastructure, middleware and engineering teams
• Automate selected operational tasks using scripting where appropriate
Requirements
• Commercial experience in Application Operations, Application Administration or Application Support
• Experience supporting enterprise application environments
• Experience working within large corporate organisations
• Understanding of ITIL based operational processes
• Experience with PL/SQL or T SQL
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python or Perl
• Understanding of enterprise application infrastructure
• Experience supporting production systems
• Fluent Polish and English

• Experience with monitoring and operational automation
• Understanding of application servers, networking, TLS and load balancing
• Experience with release management and configuration management
